Cancellations
By CUSTOMER: You as ‘CUSTOMER’, are free to cancel the orders at any point in time. You can also refuse to accept the orders if you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.
By MERCHANT: We as ‘MERCHANT’, reserve the right to cancel the orders placed by the ‘CUSTOMER’. The reason for cancellation can be any such as product unavailability at the time of shipping, increased price, or anything else.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
We are not liable to disclose the reason for cancellation.
Returns
We have a “no questions asked return policy” which entitles all our Delivery Ambassadors to return the product at the time of delivery if due to any reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds of all canceled orders (no matter whether canceled by CUSTOMER or MERCHANT) which were prepaid, will be made within 7 working days. The mode of refund will be the same as that of the mode of payment while placing the order on the website or app.
